However, the age of onset and the rate at which the changes occur can vary from person to person. Puberty is also accompanied by mood swings, strong emotions, a greater longing for privacy and independence, and a quest for identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not all teens react to puberty in the same way. They may be worried about the changes they are going through: Their genitals are developing, hair is growing in new places, their body is changing\u2014and not always in ways they would like! For example, girls might need reassurance about menstruation and boys about ejaculation. What is happening? What do I do? Is it normal? They absolutely need your support and guidance to prepare them for this time in their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n<\/section>\r\n    <div class=\"container-deco deco-bottom container-bg-color-gray-light\">\r\n            <\/div>\r\n\n\n\r\n    <div class=\"container-deco deco-top container-bg-color-white\">\r\n            <\/div>\r\n<section class=\"container-eklo add-table-content has-background has-white-background-color container-padding-4em\">\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"container\">\r\n                <div class=\"container-eklo-content eklo-deco\" >\r\n            <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teenagers and puberty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is inevitable: All teenagers will go through puberty! The question is, when and how?
